Sails are manufactured using commercial grade premium shade cloth up to 98% UV protection depending on colour.
The outside perimeter of the sail is bound with heavy duty seat belt webbing and is double stitched with UV stabilised thread and each corner is reinforced with extra fabric.
All cutting and shaping is done by hand and sewn on heavy industrial sewing machines.
